Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and develop strategic relationships with top-selling partners. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and satisfaction on the platform.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key accounts to drive business expansion and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to enhance our presence in the market.
  • Oversee technology integrations to improve operational efficiency and collaboration with partners.
  • Lead sales management processes, setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to create tailored commercial strategies for key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration with experience in managing key accounts and partnerships.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or technology.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients.
  • Solid understanding of technology integrations and coordination of cross-functional teams.
  • Effective sales management experience, including setting and achieving targets.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
