Senior Business Development Manager, LATAM

AVOW GmbH is a global app growth company specializing in mobile OEM advertising. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our activities in LATAM. This role focuses on building our portfolio in the region by selling our solutions to new advertisers and further developing business relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the mobile app marketing industry, strong communication skills, and an innovative mindset. They should be able to hold sales calls in English and Portuguese and have experience in managing the complete cycle of sales from prospect to onboarding.
Main Performance Objectives:
- Sales:
- Grow AVOW's Advertiser portfolio through high activity levels, networking, and educating the market on OEM value.
- Manage the complete cycle of sales - from prospect to onboarding - and aim to close 5-10 deals in your first 6 months.
- Business Development:
- Develop the region by growing market penetration and becoming the face of the company.
- Represent AVOW and articulate our value proposition to key decision-makers in top mobile companies and at the leading regional industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the AdTech, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Industry.
- Experience of an ownership over a market and its end-to-end business development activities in a client-facing role.
- Good negotiator, a strong communicator, team player who can work from home, remotely, and independently.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese.
