Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee complex project conversions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless transitions and successful outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Develop and implement effective financial management strategies, including budgeting, billing, and cost control.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and status.
  • Collaborate with shared teams to coordinate deliveries in high-pressure environments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in large-scale SAP implementation programs, with expertise in team management, deadline management, and time/effort estimation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project and Jira, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Knowledge of project controls, monitoring, reporting, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Experience in C-Level communication, representing the company in Executive Committees and stakeholder meetings.
  • Clear and objective communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, maintaining clear communication and composure under stress.
  • Availability for travel and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA conversion projects and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering effective communication across different organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish language.
