Project Leadership Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the execution and delivery of high-impact projects aligned with business unit goals. Your strategic leadership skills and experience in managing complex project portfolios will drive success and minimize disruptions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and various departments to ensure project alignment and support.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to guarantee project success and optimize resource allocation.
  • Resource Optimization: Allocate personnel, budget, and materials efficiently to achieve project objectives and maximize returns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in PMO or related field, with postgraduate studies in Project Management desirable.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing complex project portfolios, business excellence, change management, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% if necessary.
