Technical Operations Specialist

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing reinsurance operations and driving continuous improvement in our processes. Your analytical skills and reinsurance expertise will directly impact business success.
About the Role:
- You will take ownership of end-to-end reinsurance accounts and claims management, ensuring contractual fulfillment and business deliverables through your deep understanding of reinsurance conditions.
- You will be the trusted steward of an assigned portfolio, building valuable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Insurance or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in broker or (re)insurance company
- Strong numerical aptitude with proficiency in Excel
- Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and cross-functional teams, including virtual environments
