Leadership Position:

As a strategic leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop leadership skills by coaching and mentoring high-performance talent to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to onboard, expand, and retain customers through data-driven decision making.
  • Build scalable processes to ensure predictability and efficiency across all fronts.
  • Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MRR, churn, NRR, activation, and onboarding time, and ensure their achievement.
  • Drive product adoption through personalized journeys based on data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue.
  • Reduce churn through action plans based on data and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success leadership with a track record of success in SaaS companies.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Hubspot CRM.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions through analytical thinking.
  • Owner mindset with a focus on results rather than just processes.
