Leadership Position:
As a strategic leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop leadership skills by coaching and mentoring high-performance talent to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to onboard, expand, and retain customers through data-driven decision making.
- Build scalable processes to ensure predictability and efficiency across all fronts.
- Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MRR, churn, NRR, activation, and onboarding time, and ensure their achievement.
- Drive product adoption through personalized journeys based on data analysis.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue.
- Reduce churn through action plans based on data and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success leadership with a track record of success in SaaS companies.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Hubspot CRM.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions through analytical thinking.
- Owner mindset with a focus on results rather than just processes.
