Compliance and Ethics Leadership Role

This position involves spearheading the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program to ensure alignment with global standards and best practices. It requires partnering closely with cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies in collaboration with regional stakeholders, focusing on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote ethical awareness, code of conduct adherence, and conflict-of-interest management among employees.
  • Collaborate with Employment Legal, HR, and Employee Relations Advisors to conduct investigations, provide guidance on disciplinary processes, and maintain a thorough understanding of employment law.
  • Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure they remain compliant with evolving regulations and company standards.
  • Manage the ethics hotline, responding to employee concerns and addressing potential misconduct.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Ethics and Compliance, preferably within the Technology, Media, or Entertainment industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), and international compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
