We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Ethics and Governance Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of ethics and governance.

Your primary responsibilities will include investigating complex concerns, supporting local/regional activities, and advising HR and PR partners on Global Anti-Discrimination Policy issues. You will also contribute to reviewing and adapting compliance policies and processes globally, preparing trend analyses and mitigation plans, and delivering training sessions to employees and managers.

In order to succeed in this role, you will require a high level of discretion and emotional intelligence. You must be able to investigate sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity, and provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
