About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified legal professional with 3–5 years of in-house experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity in a fast-paced, global environment. Your primary focus will be on commercial contracts with clients and suppliers, but the scope may expand to include broader legal areas depending on your experience and interests.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts with international clients and vendors
- Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across business functions and geographies
- Collaborate with colleagues in Europe, the US, and other regions to ensure consistent legal standards and contract processes
- Manage legal queries related to contract terms, risk, and compliance
- Support local legal needs in Brazil as required, including corporate governance, regulatory filings, or employment law matters
- Contribute to legal initiatives in areas such as data protection, insurance, and compliance, depending on experience
- Help refine legal processes and documentation as we grow and expand our global footprint
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Essential Qualifications:
- Law degree and bar qualification in Brazil
- 3–5 years of legal experience, including at least some in-house work
- Strong experience handling commercial contracts and advising business stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating across cultures and functions
- Comfortable working on cross-border matters and juggling varied legal topics
- Proactive and mature approach to work, with high attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience in marketing, technology, or digital services
- Knowledge of data protection, insurance, or international compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with legal operations or process improvement
