Operational Excellence Leader

Sustainable manufacturing practices are driving a team of over 16,000 members worldwide to achieve operational excellence.
As the Plant Manager, you will oversee operational processes from start to finish in an assigned plant. This includes managing operations, achieving production and operational goals, and driving culture and strategy to increase productivity and engagement.
- Oversight is provided for overall safety performance in the plant by ensuring compliance with safety programs and procedures.
- Provide oversight for operations management teams including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and safety.
- Ensure plant performance is closely linked to customer requirements, product specifications, and quality controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operating plans and support achievement of plant-level KPIs in areas of environmental, health & safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, maintenance, and sustainability.
- Responsible for selection, training, growth, and development of shift and staff personnel.
- Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
- MBA preferred.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Manufacturing leadership experience (high-speed manufacturing/packaging preferred).
- Highly Matrixed/High Growth Organization Experience.
