Job Description

The Operations Director will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and safety. This individual will work closely with the plant leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain preferred; MBA a plus
  • Advanced/Fluent English language skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in high-speed manufacturing/packaging
Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the plant
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet customer requirements and product specifications
  3. Maintain effective environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  5. Manage the plant budget and operating plans
  6. Selct, train, and develop staff personnel to attain organizational goals
  7. Promote positive employee relations and lead negotiations as needed
