We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving growth through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies to assess their financial health, market position, and growth potential.
* Develop and execute business plans, including financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis.
* Negotiate and develop definitive agreements with clients and partners.
* Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including stakeholder management and project coordination.
* Collaborate with internal teams to assemble initial offerings to potential investors and coordinate with subject matter experts to draft Memorandums of Understanding/Letters of Intent.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
* 10-15 years of experience in business development, including at least 5 years of experience in M&A transaction execution.
* Strong M&A background, extensive experience in financial valuation and modeling, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and transaction structuring.
* Industry expertise in knowledge of specific venturing activities such as commercialization, spin-offs, or joint venturing, project development, financial valuations and modeling, facilities planning, strategy development, or relevant experience.

What We Offer:

* Competitive monthly base salary aligned with company employees with similar skills.
* Monthly overbase of 25% of your monthly base salary.
* Benefits supplement of 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years of service.
* Severance package with a 2-year vest period.
* Employment tax benefits for employees who choose to separate themselves from their 'home country' for income tax purposes.
* Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with a maximum purchase equal to 10% of monthly base pay.
* Incentive plan based on annual performance.
* Travel allowance of approximately $8,200 per household member over 11 years old.
* Vacation and paid holidays, including 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
* Complimentary in-Kingdom medical care and facilities.
* Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) for out-of-Kingdom assistance.
* One-time settling in allowance of 100% of monthly base salary for family status.

Hiring Process:

* Conditional offer of employment.
