FSI Technology Architect

Job Description:

  • Support cloud product sales as a technical and banking domain expert of a client-facing sales team, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations to meet our solution requirements.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, solutions partners, and Huawei colleagues, providing timely support.
  • Offer feedback to product management on product enhancements that can address Banking customer needs and add value.
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitive analysis and market differentiation in Brazil FSI.

Work Experience and Knowledge:

  • 10+ years of experience in FSI (Financial Services) industry, possessing strong technical expertise.
  • Background in any of the following or related areas: FSI Technology Architect, FSI Consultant, FSI Cloud Architect, FSI solution Technical Lead, FSI Pre-Sales Engineer, or FSI Systems Engineer.
  • Ability to create proof of concepts, demos together with Huawei Cloud architects and products teams.
  • Understanding of common architectural patterns and design principles, enabling effective communication.
  • Capacity to take the lead on complex technical projects, requiring collaboration with other teams.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Proficiency in English & Portuguese, facilitating communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork skill is essential.
  • Bachelor / Masters Degree required.

Preferences:

  • Professional experience architecting, migrating, or transforming banking customer requirements to the cloud.
  • Existing customer relationship with Brazilian banks, enhancing business opportunities.
  • Fluency in Spanish, expanding linguistic capabilities.
  • Any Cloud Architect Certification, demonstrating expertise.
  • Prior work experience with large tech companies, providing valuable insights.
