Cloud Operations Manager for Open Banking

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a cloud-native SaaS solution for Open Banking in North America.
Responsibilities- Manage Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of the Open Banking platform, ensuring seamless integration with various financial services institutions.
- Mentor SMEs: Provide expertise and guidance to support team members on workflows and processes related to Open Banking.
- Collaborate Teams: Work closely with development and AWS teams to ensure the platform operates efficiently and effectively.
- Production Experience: 7+ years of supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
- CLOUD Expertise: 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
- API Knowledge: Working experience with FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
- Leadership: Previous experience leading a support team and successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
- ITIL Processes: Working experience with ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management.
- Customer Management: Experience dealing with customer senior management.
- Professional Development: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Open Banking projects.
- Language Skills: French language proficiency (B2 or above) is a plus.
- Open Banking: Previous experience in Open Banking is highly desirable.
