Cloud-Native Open Banking Solution Architect Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud-Native Open Banking Solution Architect Lead to lead the day-to-day operations of our cloud-native Open Banking SaaS solution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions and managing support teams. They will be responsible for ensuring reporting and governance alignment with clients, providing expert Open Banking knowledge, and mentoring support teams on workflows.

  • This role is critical in driving the smooth operation of our platform and collaborating with development and AWS SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Open Banking SaaS solution.
  • Ensure reporting and governance alignment with clients.
  • Provide expert Open Banking knowledge and mentor support teams on workflows.
  • Participate in application support and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs for smooth platform operation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience with FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
  • Previous leadership experience managing support teams.
  • Proven track record in running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly change, release, and incident management.
  • Experience dealing with senior customer management.
Nice to Have
  • Open Banking expertise.
  • Fluency in French (B2 or above).
