This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can deliver commercial outcomes, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive financial performance.

  • Owning the P&L (Profit and Loss) for each location, driving financial performance, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue streams, increase efficiency, and deliver strong financial results across locations.
  • Designing and implementing innovative retail solutions that directly impact the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing around 35 locations within the Cumbria and Lake District region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
