About the Role

The Senior Manager of Consumer Communications will integrate the Communications Team and work directly with leadership to develop and execute the full Consumer Comms strategy. This position reports to the Head of Public Relations and requires extensive external Communications experience in innovative companies.

The Senior Manager of Consumer Communications will be responsible for planning and executing Comms strategies and campaigns, interacting with media and managing an external PR agency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Increase brand awareness in Brazil.
  • Improve brand favorability.
  • Maintain or improve tonality of earned media stories.
  • Maintain integrated brand campaigns (cross-functional work with Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs and Internal Comms teams).
  • Manage crisis/mitigate negative PR impact
