Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer portfolios to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Partner closely with customers from activation onward, becoming trusted advisors and ensuring maximum satisfaction and success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collect feedback, and support sales teams with technical demos.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
- B2B market expertise, proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken), and English.
- A passion for teaching, positive attitude toward challenges, and strong work ethic.
- Availability for occasional travel, experience using CRM and Cloud software, and prior knowledge of Technical Assistance, Facility Management, or Hospitality operations.
