We are seeking a skilled Reception Supervisor to join our team at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Office Manager in maintaining high standards of service and quality
  • Assist with room bookings, overbooking levels, and guest requests
  • Provide recommendations to guests on local attractions and amenities
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to resolve guest issues
Requirements
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a related field
