As a senior leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our business and driving high-impact decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all local resources to ensure productivity and quality, track and manage the hiring pipeline, and monitor attrition rates.
- Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and feedback channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers working with our resources, and represent the company at local and regional events, forums, and customer meetings.
- Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with corporate policies, collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams for smooth cross-functional workflows, and monitor performance metrics.
- Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization, provide market intelligence to guide informed decision-making.
- 8–12 years of experience in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Proven success in team leadership, workforce planning, and retention improvement.
- Strong track record in building trusted client and partner relationships.
- Ability to turn business objectives into actionable operational plans.
