Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will oversee operations and drive growth in the region.

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure productivity and quality by managing local resources effectively.
    • Streamline hiring pipelines, recruitment, and onboarding processes for improved efficiency.
    • Monitor attrition rates and implement retention strategies to boost employee engagement.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
    • Act as liaison for client needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Strategic Growth & Leadership:
    • Lead daily operations, driving efficiency and compliance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflows and business objectives alignment.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of senior leadership or country management experience.
  • Proven success in team leadership, workforce planning, and retention improvement.
  • Strong track record in building trusted client and partner relationships.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is an asset.
