Job Title: Regional Director of Technology

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to lead and scale our operations in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tech Operations Oversight: Manage and scale tech operations and delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
  • People & HR Management: Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth: Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies, and collaborate with global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish and Portuguese proficiency are strong advantages.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, business management platforms, and performance reporting tools.
