The Business Network Deployment Lead oversees the success of internal SAP Ariba teams working with suppliers, including catalog specialists, onboarding specialists, seller integration, education specialists, customer support, and customer executives.
This role is accountable for structuring projects to meet customer goals and objectives from sourcing to payment processes.
Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering analyses and presentations for customers detailing expectations, risks, possibilities, project plans, results, operational metrics such as cost, quality, cycle-time, and customer satisfaction.
This leader demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills and is recognized internally as a leader within the role.
Requirements- 7 years of procurement experience from sourcing to pay
- 7 years of SAP enterprise business applications experience
- Project management experience
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Intermediate in Spanish
- Experience in supplier segmentation, spend analysis, and supply chain categories
- Experience with customer management (internal & external)
- Experience in building both internal and external customer/team member relationships
