We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Process Optimization Specialist.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing sales processes and ensuring seamless communication between sales teams and development representatives. Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing the Salesforce CRM, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to drive pipeline performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM to ensure its efficiency in managing sales accounts and driving pipeline performance.
  • Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, acting as the link between SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and the sales team.
  • Actively participate in sales strategies, including digital marketing, inbound marketing, and understanding the buyer's journey and B2B purchasing behavior.
  • Train and support sales teams in the effective use of tools, especially CRM, and help integrate these tools and processes into the company's sales playbook/handbook.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration and advanced usage of Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review, design, and optimize sales processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Ability to act as the bridge between SDRs and sales teams, ensuring efficient communication and alignment.
  • Demonstrated experience in training teams on sales tools and commercial processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the B2B customer journey and buying process.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and CRM quality.
  • Ability to document sales processes and contribute to the company's commercial playbook.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented profile.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
