We are seeking a professional Owner Relations Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for homeowners, you will be responsible for communicating with property owners, relaying information to internal teams, and ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
About the Role:- Act as the main liaison between homeowners and our internal teams
- Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is an asset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
