Portfolio Optimization Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Optimization Solutions Consultant to join our team in São Paulo. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Job Description

As a Portfolio Optimization Solutions Consultant, you will lead the gathering and analysis of information to address client business problems. You will work closely with clients to formulate and test hypotheses, produce insights and analyses, and develop recommendations to improve client performance.

You will collaborate with peers across functional areas to execute projects and deliver value for clients. Your expertise will enable you to develop sustainable relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and efficiency.

This role involves frequent travel throughout the covered markets and requires the ability to work across functions and markets.

The position has no direct reports, and employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • At least 8 years of work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business line management, or product management
  • Logical, structured thinking, and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in coaching and managing multiple consulting engagements involving structured problem solving and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
  • Excellent communication, story-telling, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
