Senior Experience Strategist

Transforming Employee Engagement

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to elevate the employee journey in our tech environment. As a Senior Experience Strategist, you will design and implement programs to enhance every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engagement strategies aligned with our business goals, including surveys, action plans, and pulse checks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact moments that matter.
  • Lead initiatives related to culture, well-being, recognition, belonging, and team connection - both virtual and in-person.
  • Support managers and leaders with tools, content, and guidance to strengthen team experience and feedback culture.
  • Analyze employee feedback and experience data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate internal events and activations that foster community and employee pride.
  • Champion a consistent and inclusive employee voice throughout communications and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in employee experience, culture, engagement, internal communications, or HR-related functions.
  • Prior experience in fast-growing tech companies or digital-first environments is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - both written and verbal.
  • High level of empathy, creativity, and ability to connect with diverse employee audiences.
  • Experience with engagement surveys, journey mapping, and experience design.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and execution.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and influence across teams.
