About the Role:As a Senior Key Account Director, you will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, developing and implementing account strategies to drive growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key areas of focus include sales acumen, business development, project oversight, and technical leadership.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align product development with client feedback and market trends.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in key account management or technical leadership in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong track record managing major enterprise accounts and delivering technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Supervise the delivery and integration of complex technological solutions, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Provide expert technical guidance on our products, ensuring solutions are tailored to clients' needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product development with client feedback and market trends.
