About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team. As an Application Support Analyst, you will work directly with clients to provide technical support and resolve issues related to their applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via audio/video-conferences and other communication channels.
- Investigate and diagnose problems in monitored environments and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Meet legal demands and system improvements by staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
- Proactively monitor service performance and report any potential failures to the relevant teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce effort or eliminate redundancies in the service.
- Be available on-call to address critical problems outside of regular working hours.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
- Background in Level 3 support with experience in debugging and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or .Net.
- Understanding and experience of ITIL methodology.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000, depending on location and experience. This figure includes base pay, bonuses, and benefits. Please note that salaries may vary based on individual circumstances.
