Product Strategy and Delivery Leader
The role of Product Strategy and Delivery Leader is to drive the development and implementation of product strategies across various domains. This includes managing a team responsible for providing functional and technical expertise on new products, portfolios, and packaging areas as part of R&D and innovation.
- Manage the lifecycle of services and products, including deployment and service introduction.
- Support and influence leadership in defining strategy for IT solutions, aligning with operational excellence strategies and transformational programs.
- Maintain awareness of industry directions to define new, cost-effective solutions or evolve existing ones.
- Service management with 3rd party vendors, ensuring overall accountability on metrics such as SLAs, availability, and performance.
- Line management of a team, coaching and developing resources to assure knowledge on business processes and development/project techniques and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- IT background with experience in product and services management.
- Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, managing multiple activities and priorities.
- Strong R&D and innovation knowledge, preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Experience in agile and DevOps methodologies, with certifications in ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, and Scrum a plus.
