Product Manager Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our IT services and products. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, vendor relationships, and business demands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for IT solutions, aligning with business objectives.
  • Maintain operational excellence principles in service management with 3rd Party vendors.
  • Serve as an escalation point for business demands, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources for product areas and functions.
  • Leverage coaching and development skills to lead team members effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in IT Products and Services.
  • Demonstrated success in remote functional & line management with a global geographical scope.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
  • Proven track record in external vendor management.
  • ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications are a plus.
