The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, collaborating with various teams like Compliance, Engineering, Fraud, and Platform. You'll utilize digital channels and ticketing systems to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and account verifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to all incoming requests through our support channels.
  • Provide timely first responses within our service level agreement (SLA) response times.
  • Cultivate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather necessary requirements from customers and compile them accordingly.
  • Route client requests to the operations team with the required details.
  • Document issues and alert the team to sudden problems via our internal messaging platform.
  • Work with our customer advocacy team to standardize new and existing policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced organization.
Requirements
  • 6 months to 1+ years of experience as a Customer Support Agent or Customer Service Agent.
  • Passion for the customer service industry and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, handle pressure, and manage multiple client cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in direct or digital contact with clients.
  • We value honesty, integrity, proactivity, and meticulousness. A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit is essential.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Linguistic proficiency in English.
  • Located in Brazil and comfortable working remotely.
