About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently.
Job ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and guidance to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Familiarity with banking and financial products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A high level of adaptability and flexibility
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
