
Dynamic Partnership Manager

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our partnership management team, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with influencers, B2B associates, and affiliates.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential partnerships, conducting negotiations to secure high-impact deals, and nurturing existing relationships to drive growth and increase sales.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong sales and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools. You'll also need to be able to work independently as well as collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, affiliates, and B2B.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
- Negotiate deals both internally and externally to achieve high-impact results.
- Nurture existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnership and drive growth.
- Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize performance.
- Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.
