Operational Efficiency Specialist

This position entails overseeing operational compliance, safety, and efficiency in a distribution center setting by monitoring processes and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain adherence to operational and safety protocols;
- Evaluate employee productivity and implement measures to ensure it meets expectations;
- Promote 5S standards across the operational and administrative environments;
- Report incidents and conduct investigations as necessary;
- Monitor inventory accuracy through ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators on a weekly basis;
- Develop and motivate team members in all functions, seeking employees with diverse skill sets;
- Participate in and lead various projects within operations and other areas;
- Share key performance metrics (KPIs) with the team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or similar field;
- Experience in managing Distribution Centers and Inventory/Quality operational routines;
- Desirable skills: SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban, and product management;
- Availability to work in Guarulhos, São Paulo state.
