About the Role:
This role focuses on ensuring operational compliance, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards in a distribution center environment.
- Ensure that operational and safety procedures are complied with;
- Evaluate employee productivity and take action when necessary to guarantee it, as well as publish results periodically;
- Maintain 5S standards in the operational and administrative environment;
- Report accidents and incidents according to the safety process, and conduct investigations when necessary;
- Monitor inventory accuracy weekly using ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;
- Train, develop, and motivate the team in all functions, seeking to ensure employees are multifunctional;
- Participate in and lead various projects in operations and other areas;
- Interact with support areas; disclose key figures (KPIs) to the team and monitor them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or similar;
- Experience managing Distribution Centers and Inventory and Quality operational routines;
- Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban, and Anvisa product management is desirable;
- Availability to work in Guarulhos, São Paulo state.
