Warehouse Team Lead

Job Summary:

A Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of operational staff in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct their team to achieve high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team and distributing tasks to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Providing performance and behavioral feedback to team members
  • Guiding staff on special customer expectations
  • Coordinating loading and unloading activities, including vehicle checks and assembly teams
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and reporting accidents and incidents
  • Ensuring equipment and infrastructure are available
  • Participating in inventory activities and conducting safety briefings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing people and operational teams, focusing on safety, quality and productivity
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Excel, Word and PPT
  • Availability to work shifts in Guarulhos, SP
