Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Startup Account Manager in Brazil. This position is a unique opportunity for someone to drive growth and make a significant impact in the AWS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and user adoption, ensuring that new startups select AWS as their primary cloud provider.
  • Closely collaborate with business development, marketing, solution architecture, and partner teams to lead the execution of coordinated go-to-market strategies and sales plays.
  • Work closely with business development teams who are driving strategic support, global co-programming, and portfolio engagement to help drive top-of-funnel customer acquisition and accelerate seller cycles in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial mentality and passion for helping startups grow.
  • 7-10 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to deliver results in ambiguous and changing environments.

This role requires a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently embody the Amazon Culture.
