Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Recruiter focused on hiring for Brazil/Latam to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes for our Brazil-based positions. Your primary objective will be to manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance for Brazil-based roles.
  2. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  3. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for the company.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers in Brazil and Hyderabad to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and timelines.
  5. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interview panels, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with the talent landscape in Brazil, including compensation trends, competitor hiring practices, and skill availability.
  7. Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies, particularly in Brazil.
  8. Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
  9. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand in Brazil through various channels and attend/coordinate recruitment events.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a strong track record of success in international hiring, particularly in the Brazilian market. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws, employment trends, and tech talent landscape.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as Indeed, and others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
