About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Tech Division. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to attract top technical talent. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, and conducting thorough interviews to evaluate their technical skills and cultural fit.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our technical roles
- Source candidates from online platforms, networking events, and industry contacts
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide strategic support throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient onboarding

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an in-house talent acquisition team
- Strong understanding of technical roles and required skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
