About the Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join Beontag during an exciting period of rapid growth and global expansion. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a Brazilian company with a global presence, where you will play a key role in our in-house recruitment team. Together, we are shaping processes and building a strong, strategic recruitment function to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes in Brazil, including proactively sourcing, engaging, and hiring professionals for roles across various brands, products, and functions. This includes managing positions of varying complexity and across all levels.

  • Maintaining clear, consistent, and proactive communication with Hiring Managers to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and delivering impactful results tailored to business needs.
  • Championing Beontag's Employer Value Proposition, effectively communicating it to engage top talent and align them with the company's mission and vision.
  • Collaborating on strategic HR initiatives, including implementing innovative practices, and contributing to key projects (e.g., culture engagement, onboarding, employer branding).

Qualifications:

Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection within large organizations or consulting firms.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment for diverse roles.
  • Expertise in sourcing and mapping talent for highly complex positions.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong Excel skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
