This role presents an opportunity to contribute to Amazon's global workforce by attracting and hiring tech student talent from diverse backgrounds. In this capacity, you will partner with various Amazon teams to understand their hiring requirements for tech roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for software developer engineer intern and full-time roles across Amazon.">
  • Managing the candidate experience, encompassing interview coordination, feedback, selection process, and offer formulation.">
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.">
  • Tracking and analyzing candidate information, consolidating results, and making recommendations for improvements to ensure all full-time and intern hiring goals are met.">

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's Degree">
  • Tech recruiting experience">
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and client relationships">
  • English proficiency (Advanced)">

Compensation: Estimated Salary ($85,000 - $115,000 per annum)
