We are seeking a seasoned Labor Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support on labor and employment law issues to our businesses in Brazil and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Provide legal advice and support on labor and employment law issues, including employee and union relations, restructuring, redundancies and outsourcing, equal opportunities and diversity, employment litigation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcings.">
  • Work effectively with outside counsel, managing external counsel to reduce costs and secure value-added services.">
  • Drive simplification initiatives and consistent enterprise standards for labor and employment support across Brazil and the Latin America region.">
  • Provide training for the HR and business teams on key employment and compliance risk areas.">

The successful candidate will have substantial labor and employment post-qualification experience within Brazil/Latin America, preferably including time spent both with a leading law firm and in-house with a large multinational corporation.

  • Qualified lawyer - licensed to practice in Brazil.">
  • Substantial labor and employment post-qualification experience within Brazil/Latin America.">
  • Demonstrable fluency in English and Portuguese.">
  • Professional working Spanish language skills (desired).">
  • Extensive hands-on labor & employment legal experience (desired).">
  • Superior advocacy skills, including effective communication and negotiation.">
  • A strong commitment to integrity and professionalism.">
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.">
  • Record of dedicated and successful teamwork.">

English and Portuguese fluency is required, while professional working Spanish language skills are desirable.
