Regional Marketplace Efficiency Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing our marketplace.

We manage both sides of our marketplace, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate pick-up times for our riders, while also guaranteeing equitable earnings and optimal utilization for our drivers. Your goal will be to strike the right balance between growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage pricing and incentives strategies and experiments
  • Monitor marketplace health metrics and competition moves to develop action plans
  • Develop data analysis and insights to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities
  • Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations, product, strategy or project management
  • Strong undergraduate degree, preferably with a focus on engineering, statistics, operations or business
  • Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and problem solve in a fast-paced multicultural environment
  • Data-driven decision making mentality; using data to solve problems and effectively translate quantitative findings into action plans
  • Developed communication and presentation skills
  • SQL + Basic Statistics knowledge
  • English proficiency
