Appnovation seeks a seasoned data privacy expert to spearhead our Global Privacy and Data Protection Program. This pivotal role will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining our Global Privacy Information Management program, ensuring seamless compliance with global data protection laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust global data protection compliance strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data privacy considerations into project initiatives
  • Design and maintain relevant global internal data privacy policies, guidelines, notices, and training programs
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure data privacy is integrated into project workflows
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging data privacy trends and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data privacy or compliance
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
