Job Title: Senior CRM Manager

This is a highly rewarding role that involves developing and executing comprehensive customer relationship management strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing, preferably in a technology company. They will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns based on customer needs and profiles, as well as analyzing data to extract customer insights.

The Senior CRM Manager will work closely with the HQ team to develop a data-driven CRM strategy that takes into account local compliance, market conditions, and competition. They will also be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the CRM plan, ensuring campaign delivery meets planned volumes, performance, and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a data-driven CRM strategy in collaboration with the HQ team.
  • Take ownership of the CRM plan and ensure its successful execution.
  • Plan and develop personalized campaigns using relevant customer channels.
  • Liaise with the CRM Strategy Team in HQ for fine-tuning automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Ensure campaign execution and delivery meet planned volumes, performance, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing campaign strategies.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability to extract customer insights.
  • Great organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Solid experience in managing complex multi-channel campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Optimove tool.
