Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
KOL Research & Engagement:
- Conduct thorough research to identify pertinent KOLs across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Weibo) based on target demographics, niche markets, and brand compatibility.
- Design and implement innovative outreach strategies to establish impactful connections with potential KOLs.
Partnership Strategy & Oversight:
- Negotiate and oversee partnerships with KOLs, ensuring collaborations that are beneficial for all parties involved.
- Formulate and execute campaign strategies that utilize KOLs' influence to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Content Development & Campaign Management:

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and assess key performance indicators related to KOL engagement and campaign success.

- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and relevant sectors.
- Proactively identify emerging platforms and KOLs that present opportunities for impactful partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain sector, with established connections or knowledge of influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- A strong passion for Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
