We are in search of an IT Project Management Lead who will oversee service delivery, project execution, and team development. This role involves guiding the project team, managing personnel, and tracking the progress of ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Provides direction to team members responsible for daily project delivery.Strategic Planning
Advises on diverse planning methodologies and information gathering across both functional and cross-functional projects. Ensures adherence to established standards by the team. May oversee team growth planning.Stakeholder Engagement
Identifies and anticipates project engagement requirements to guide team members as needed. Promotes feedback solicitation regarding team performance. Acts as an escalation point for resolving stakeholder concerns within the team.Communication Enhancement
Advises on communication strategies and enhances team communication standards. Encourages broader or more focused thinking regarding consistent communication as necessary.Risk and Issue Management
Guides the team on risk and issue management and appropriate control levels. Supports the resolution of escalated issues.Project Delivery Oversight
Directs and supports the team to ensure successful project completion within time, budget, quality, and scope parameters.Resource Management
Provides updates on various resource management KPIs. Serves as an escalation point for resolving resource and budget-related issues. Contributes to or oversees resource planning activities.Project Management Methodologies
Effectively communicates project management methodologies and their application to client solutions.Qualifications
Significant experience in IT, Data Center, or Telecommunications. Bachelor's Degree. Prior experience in a leadership role overseeing people and delivering service projects.Preferred Qualifications
ITIL, PMI, or PMO certification.
Proficiency in Spanish.
