Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Black Box. As a key member of our technology services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the technology services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project, and other project management tools.
