About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company. As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems, networks, and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and user applications.
  • Network Management: Manage and maintain computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and the Internet.
  • Application Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for our applications, including Office 365 services and Power Applications (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents in the production environment and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Document all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Significant experience with user support and technical support.
  • Skills: Advanced organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft-related technology, and proficiency in PowerShell.
